A.I.S. Funded a Copper-Gold IOCG Drill Hunt in New Brunswick

Fully funded drilling into IOCG targets — that's a catalyst-rich setup, and A.I.S. Resources (TSXV: AIS) just locked in the cash.

A.I.S. closed a non-brokered private placement of 4,600,000 units at C$0.14 per unit for gross proceeds of C$644,000. Each unit pairs one share with a half-warrant exercisable at C$0.20 for three years, and notably, strategic investor Phillip Richards joined the round. The money funds summer drilling at copper-gold-silver IOCG targets across the Pocologan and Frenchmans Creek projects in New Brunswick.

The upside case: iron oxide copper-gold systems can deliver large, high-value deposits, and A.I.S. now has the capital to test that potential this summer. A strategic investor stepping in adds a layer of validation, and drilling defined IOCG targets means every hole is a fresh shot at discovery in an underexplored corner of Atlantic Canada.

The risk: these are early-stage exploration targets, and IOCG hunts are high-variance — the vast majority of drill programs never hit an economic system.
