When you subscribe to The Wire, we collect your email address. We use standard web analytics (via our hosting provider) that may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and referrers.
How we use it

- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.
Email & your choices
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We use Resend as our email service provider to store subscriber records and deliver mail; your email is processed on their infrastructure subject to their terms.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
Cookies
We aim to keep tracking minimal. Any analytics cookies are used only for aggregate measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
