Rio2 Filed a Technical Report on Its Yukon Tungsten Project
Tungsten doesn't make headlines the way gold does — but try building advanced manufacturing or defence hardware without it. Rio2 Limited just put its Yukon tungsten story on the record, filing an independent NI 43-101 Technical Report on SEDAR+ on July 14, 2026 for the Kalzas Tungsten Project.
What is Kalzas? A Yukon tungsten project now backed by a qualified-person-reviewed report supporting its historical data, geology and exploration potential. Tungsten sits on Canada's federally designated critical minerals list, prized as a key input for advanced manufacturing and defence supply chains that Western governments are racing to secure.
The upside case is about credibility and access. A filed technical report establishes the vetted technical baseline explorers need before serious money and partners come to the table — the paperwork that turns a project from a story into a fundable proposition, with financing and partnership discussions the logical next step.
The bear read: a technical report validating potential is not a discovery, and Kalzas still has to prove economics through the drill bit.
Critical metal, credentialed report, next move loading.
